Warranty period
We grant the following warranty periods for our products beyond the scope of the legally regulated warranty:

Warranty claim
If you have any problems with your product within the warranty period, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product.
After the legally regulated warranty period has been expired, our Delock warranty takes effect.
Please contact our support first in case of a problem, the email address is support@delock.de. Our support staff will be happy to help you solve any problems that may occur during usage and then explain the further procedure.
We reserve the right to repair or replace defective products with legitimate warranty claims at our discretion.
Warranty exclusion
The warranty claim expires for products that are damaged or rendered unusable by force majeure, improper use, tampering or modification.
We are not responsible for the loss of stored data or applications due to the use of our products.
We reserve the right to change the warranty statement at any time.
